BRANDY OOLONG
An intoxicating oolong that brews a rich liquor vivid in fragrance and color. A full bodied tea with notes of honey and spice. Harvested from tea trees growing at over 5,000 feet of elevation. 85% oxidized. This tea is truly unique, and highly addictive!

PREPARATION
1 tbsp - 8oz - 190˚ water
3 minutes for first 2 infusions, 5 minutes for additional infusions
Adjust amount of leaves and steep time to taste. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the flavors and aromas.
TRADITIONAL PREPARATION
If using a Gaiwan or Yixing pot: Fill 1/5 with tea leaves. 200˚ water. Rinse leaves and steep for 15 seconds for the first 3 infusions, then add 15 seconds for each additional infusion.
